it works and I can taste the difference after replacing the old filter. Having said that, it reduced the flow speed significantly compared to the original filter. not sure why

Arrived quickly but TDS doubled after changing filter.UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and suggested I do an additional flush of the system manually by just turning on the faucet and letting it run. They suggested 15 minutes but my numbers went down after about 4 minutes.
