This item didn't function at all! And we bought two of them! We replaced batteries, read and reread instructions and did it all again to no avail.

Good in theory. Unfortunately did not open at all with new batteries and time set. I knew that the batteries were working due to the loud ticking of the device.Multiple setting attempts yielded the same result, the lids did not open when they were set to open. I finally removed the batteries after a week because the bowls did not ever open automatically.

I have 3 cats and purchased 3 boxes, so I have 6 total feeders. Two of them do not work and didn’t feed my cats while I was not home. I was very upset as they went a long period without eating and yes, I tested them and they worked before I left. Also, there is NO on and off button. To turn the feeders on or off you have to take the battery out or put the battery in each and every time. I do NOT recommend this product and highly disappointed. Do not waste your time or money!

The timer on one didn’t open, luckily I had back up or my cat would not have eaten…. She is sick and is on an eating schedule so this did not work for us!

I finally opened it to test it, 3 of the ice packs leaked...so I only have 1 pak. I'll update review once test the units which I'm doing now.

Exactly as explained in the title. It just wasn’t functional. The dial timer did not go down overnight so it never opened for my cat, the ice pack is so thin that it barely stays cold for 4 hours, and the ticking drives me crazy. Returning it ASAP.
