Good bar, packaging was bad. When I tried getting the bar out, the bar pushed past some tape on one end, and slammed straight into my foot. Might’ve broken somethinf in my toes. Wear closed toe shoes while handling the package! The bar and its padding seem to be really good outside of my foot mishap though. Product weight as described and very effective for shoulder rehab.

This waghited rod is exactly what I was looking for, for my daily exercise. 30LB feels really great. Quality build, great thickness and padding all around.I would definitely recommend it.
