Feels cheap and came really dirty , I'm not very impressed with the cost of this item.Pros:- Good welds.- Size is accurate.- Spins freely.- It's what I ordered I guess.Cons:- Dirty, my hands were covered in black just setting it up.- It comes with adjustable clips which are extremely difficult to tighten the first 5-10 times. No care was taken to clean out the pre-drilled holes there much less lubricate at all.- The handle bars are really rough on the hands. You are going to have to wear gloves or wraps each time you use it (which was my plan). I just could not believe how rough they felt after doing a few sets - I'll never do it without gloves or wraps again.- Price is high for what this item is.Shipping:- Super fast.- Package came to me by UPS surprisingly quick about 5 calendar days which by Amazon standards is much better than usual (7-10 days).- Decently packaged, annoyingly had to cut off the plastic bag around it.- Pointless plastic wrap, it comes in a carboard box what else do you need.Note: I do NOT subscribe to PRIME nor do I participate in free product handouts like the shills in the VINE program. I will never do either. PRIME has deteriorated delivery times consistently for the last 10 years and I find myself using other retailers as a consequence. There is a tiered customer preference and I very much feel second class. VINE is full of cheerleaders and greedy good for nothing reviews. Any product that has VINE posters should be avoided.

Came heavily rusted. And not a little spec here or there either, but significant rusting on the collar and collar bolts. I'm not the only one to report this either. Highly recommend you save yourself the hassle of having to return and stay away.

Solid construction and looks very nice. I didn’t think I needed this type of barbell but it’s actually much needed. I am glad I bought it.

Came very well packaged and no rust like other reviews. Seems like a solid bar that’ll last. Came with 2 collars but I probably wont be using them. Went with this bar as the others I’ve seen has the grips too close to each other. Would definitely buy again.

I love these triceps bars. Great for working on triceps and doing hammer curls. I don't like this style of clamps that come with this, and recommend buying a different style of clamps/clips. Otherwise, it's a great tool for the job.
