I frequently find myself helping my wife on and off with her shoes (She lives in a memory care unit, a place for alzheimer's patients whose ability to care for themselves has become limited with age and progression of alzheimers and other diseases which distroy one's ability to function, typically as one ages). She complains of pain (OWW!) frequently when I slip her shoes back on. THe three inch shoehorm slips in my pocket without being so small it gets lost. And it does the job. Only if I lose it will I need something larger.These are unbreakable and perfect and are whereever I am when I go to help her. -tc

These were very strong, the only problem for me was they are quite heavy to take travelling.Great strong pieces otherwise, just not right for my purpose.

This set of 2 regular shoe-horns & one small/travel size is almost perfect.However, as one of us is a woman who wears NARROW shoes, the regular shoe-horns are a little too wide to comfortably put on my shoes.I found that I am mostly using the "travel" one for MY shoes. They are all well-machined and should last a long time. My husband loves these -- but I would prefer a set with one regular & TWO small/travel shoe-horns.
