Buyer's question and answer
Question 1: How do these attach on a boat? I don't understand.
Answer 1: Drill a hole in the boat gunle, apply the double stick tape around the hole, press the cup holder in the hole and down on the double stick tape.
Question 2: I see two answers for what size hole is needed: 3 3/4 and 3 5/8. Will 1/8" larger create a loose fit?
Answer 2: 3 5/8 will require a little bit of sanding the hole to get them in. But then they are in tight and not moving around. I used a 5 3/8 and sanded for 10 minutes total (4 cup holders) and they fit perfect. I wouldn't use the 3 3/4 because with the adhesive they come with they will most likely move around and require 3M 4200 or something similar to hold them in place.
Question 3: Do these cup holders fit every type of pontoon boat?
Answer 3: Most likely these will fit. There seems to be a common size that is used on all kinds of things. These fit my 1998 Suncruiser pontoon, my 2008 Lund fiberglass boat, the bench on my dock and my 2013 Polaris Ranger ATV

Great looking cup holder and appears to be solidly made. The surprise extra was that I didn't need to get out the messy caulk or glue to install it. They have a preinstalled ring of adhesive. I only had to peel off the paper protector on the lip and push the cup holder into place. Sweet!

They actually have the dimensions posted so you can plan on them fitting where you need them. I used a 3.5" hole saw to cut the insert & they fit perfectly. Nice quality stainless steel construction should hold up nicely.

purchased set of two but only received one.The current one seems durable but only time will tell hope it holds up against water and sun exposure.

O-rings deck mount were damaged in shipment. Can’t communicate with vendor to request new ones. I will use a sealer/caulk to mount instead. Not worth returning for an o-ring. It would be better to ship with product. O-rings were mounted on cup a bed idea for shipping.Nice cup, went on their facebook site and web address has no email contact address.
