This sprinkler timer feels solid right out of the box. I appreciate the solid brass fittings for a tight fit, the waterproof battery cover that doesn't require screws to secure it, and the one button ease to program and switch from automatic to manual. I also appreciate the wide and easily read screen.

This is exactly what I needed. It works great. In the past, I have run my 20,000 gallon cistern dry from forgetting to shut off the irrigation system. So simple to understand and use.

Works well no complaints on its operation. Only thing I do wish is that I had read all the details. It only turns on once a day, or week etc. it only has one setting. Does not have the ability to program for more than once a day for example 6am and 6pm, it would just be 6am one a day. If you only need one programming per day it will work well. The other thing I noticed is that there is a noticeable pressure drop through the valve.

The only reasons I’m not giving it 5 stars so far is because I can’t set it for 12 hour intervals for watering my gardens, it only allows 1-7 days as an option. Otherwise it was easy to connect to my hoses. Will update if my opinion changes in the future.

Bought this to replace an old Gilmore water timer that broke. What I did not realize from this product description: THIS timer is limited to ONE watering a day. There is no option to set multiple programs; just the ONE program. And this ONE program can have a START time and a duration. Then you can tell the timer how often: anywhere between once a day, once every 2 days, once every 3 days, up to once every 7 days. There is no option to set this timer to water MULTIPLE times in ONE day. For seeding new grass on the lawn, multiple times a day is needed to keep the soil moist.I am returning this & going with a different one.

I want to like this but it's just a little too annoying to use. The dial is VERY sensitive, which makes it hard to press as a button without changing values. After the initial set up, the most common thing you'll need to do with it is adjust for rain delays and do occasional manual cycles, and these functions are aggravating as they require multiple holding and pressing of the button as it accidentally changes values and cycles to wrong options.The battery life indicator also seems to be inaccurate, showing half power for two different sets of fully charged batteries.

So it waste ur time. In Both the manual and programmed setting does not stop watering after the completed time.
