Glad to have these 6 tart pans which I got mainly for bibingka, but I'm certain they'll be great for things like tart shells or brioche buns as well.I immediately used them to make bibingka and they came out great.I like that they're aluminum which is classic for bakeware, just do not put them in the dishwasher!One thing that might be a consideration but not major, the edges felt just a little unfinished, but not sharp or anything. I barely noticed it by the time I was washing them and it should smooth out with use.If you have a brush for washing dishes that might make them a little easier to clean in the fluted areas, but I didn't have any real sticking issues. They're lightweight, stack for compact storage, work well, and look good. Can't complain!

These pans are well made and have worked great for the tarts I made in them. They’re slightly deeper than other tart pans I have so if I accidentally overfill, the filling doesn’t bubble out and over the sides. The tarts slide out without any trouble. I have not put them into the dishwasher and probably won’t, but these pans have worked great for my needs!
