Probably being too nice, the paper documentation will send you to "autobot.com" or something, can't remember, it is DOWN. when you download the app, it WILL NOT, let you make an account. it is not obvious but it is on this page. you need to go to the google play store (assume the same for ios) and download the "Charging C" app by "yuxin" Then everything will work. I consider myself technical and I could not find this in the pictures although once you know what is up I will admit is it pretty obvious.I do NOT like the plug and charge setting as they seem to have skipped wiring in the button on the handle to signal to the evse that your are unplugging and based on the smell the 2x I did it I think it arcs real nice in the port. if you pair with the app you can set it up with the RFID etc to stop before you unplug (you can also just wait till at charge limit too)BUT 11.2 kw for what I paid :) :) you CANNOT deny the value.TLDR "autobotev" app is broken dead end, UNINSTALL. Instead install "Charging C" by "yuxin" and it works :)

We bought this charger less than a year ago. It broke a couple months back. We called the electrician and he said the problem was with the machine. So I tried contacting customer service via email. They never contacted us back. The only contact number available on their website was a number in China. I would have hoped that it would have lasted more than six months.

Absolute garbage the app does not work, which they stated in the title they tell you to download another app when you do it tells you to hold your phone near the charger. Then it opens your Apple wallet and says pay now I exited immediately customer service does not answer and does not respond to phone calls. Absolutely useless.

Yes, this thing quit working within a month and the return window just ran outDefinitely don’t buy this. It only lasted a very short time and there is no way to get a hold of the manufacture. The only number they provide tells you to call back later pain in the ass.

This is a fantastic charger if you're looking for one that is hardwired into your garage. The appearance is modern and sleek. The holder for the charging connector is built into the charger eliminating the need for additional hangers on the wall. The instructions for installation (which should be performed by a qualified electrician....this is high voltage work) are very well written. I highly recommend this charger!
