My student baked this almond cake and brought it to class. Everyone went crazy for the cake and she told me about the pan which comes with it own tray and the recipe. I love to bake, so of course I bought it. This is such a easy cake to make. One bowl, fast and delicious!

I was hoping that the tray was glass. I didn't read the description though and just bought it. I will eventually buy a glass tray though.

This pan comes with a recipe that comes out perfectly delicious. The recipe is easy and the pan works perfectly. You can even substitute other ingredients if your family has nut allergies.
