I work in the veterinary field and purchased this for the nextiva phone there, so I could type while calling owners. It works well, clear sound both ways and the phone recognizes it. One time I accidentally bumped the on/off which meant no one could hear me, but once I figured that out it worked just fine!

Purchased in November 2023, wasn't even able to get a year of use before it broke down. If you love throwing money away, this product is for perfect. If you don't look elsewhere.

I bought a couple of different RJ9 headsets to use at work, and this one is my favourite 😁The mouth piece is adjustable in any direction which is awesome! Also love that the ear pad also is adjustable when you put it on; it tilts!I highly recommend this headset for its great design, super comfortable , and awesome customer service 👍🏻Thank-you kindly 🌹I’m a very happy customer😋

You get what you pay for with this mic. It is somewhat comfortable, nice you can swap the mic between ears, I like that it has a dampener to reduce excess noise. Only way I could get it to work without programming a soft key (something that was impossible for me to find how to do), was swap the handset and headset plugs. Simply life the handset to make the call as normal. It’s not a great solution, but not a terrible one either.

I had a much more expensive headset made by Plantronics and after only 2 months the earphone strated having an issue cutting out. This one is still going strong, a fraction of the cost and the sound and mic are actually really great! I was worried about the sound quality of such an affordable headset but I was worried for nothing! Love it!

I looked high and low for a headset. I bought two of these on a whim and both my co-worker & myself are so happy with the purchase. The set up was very simple. They have helped us multi task on a different level. The clarity is better then the hand held receiver. The headset is super comfortable as well.

I purchased for work. It's on the "cheaper" side. It included about 3 additional connectors which were great, otherwise the headset wouldn't have worked. Great for the price, sound is good. Using it at an Insurance Agency with plenty of calls.

It works great. As soon as I plugged it into my phone, it worked. Nice that you can switch ears easily. Like how simple it is to move the mouth piece as well. Great sound quality, and no more sore neck.
