Le branchement via CarPlay filaire s'est avéré d'une simplicité déconcertante - il m'a suffi de connecter les câbles fournis pour voir apparaître l'interface de ma Fire TV Stick sur l'écran du tableau de bord. La prise en main est immédiate grâce à la télécommande habituelle, et le streaming fonctionne parfaitement lorsque je me connecte en Wi-Fi via le partage de connexion de mon smartphone. J'apprécie particulièrement la polyvalence du système qui me permet de profiter de mes plateformes de streaming favorites même en déplacement. Le seul bémol concerne l'alimentation nécessaire pour les anciens modèles de Fire Stick, mais cela reste facile à résoudre avec un câble USB supplémentaire.

I was skeptical about this device, but it does exactly what it says it does! I hooked up my FireStick to it and plugged it in my car, and sure enough, there appears my FireStick on my head unit as an Apple CarPlay device! I used my wireless remote to control and bring up every app that I have and can watch streaming shows or play games, or even browse the Internet! Of course your FireStick needs WiFi, and my Toyota Highlander happens to have a built-in AT&T hotspot! This could be quite distracting! HOWEVER, most states make it illegal to even have videos playing in the front dashboard, regardless of whether the car is moving so consider yourself warned! Consult your local laws before operating this! Still a cool gadget, and with certain non-streaming apps, I could see some really useful applications for this device that will allow you to run an app that isn't a native CarPlay or Android Auto capable app.

This item works as advertised! I'm able to get it working in my SUV using a Fire TV 4K stick. Then got curious and tested it with a Google Chromecast and my phone...and guess what? They both work too! It seems you can connect any HDMI source to it and it'll work, though the setup is not as clean as using the Fire TV stick. If connecting a phone, it'll mirror the phone display and not use up all the real estate of the car's screen like how the Fire TV / Chromecast would, but if your phone has Samsung Dex, then using DEX mode enabled you to utilize the full screen real estate.Looking forward to the next road trip.

It works, but it's a complicated mess in the car. Too many cables make it inconvenient for me and it is dependent on a WiFi hotspot so if you're phone loses signal, you're out of luck.

Setting up is easy, as long as you have a TV stick and a car that this device is compatible with that has CarPlay then it should work. It comes with various different adapters so any USB or USB-C ports can be connected to it, and it comes with full instructions.Once plugged into the correct ports with the TV stick in, the CarPlay is working and able to stream anywhere you are in your car.The connection has been perfect so far with no interruptions.I think the price seems ok for the home comforts I can now take with me whenever I travel.

Pour utiliser une clef Amazon Fire dans la voiture à partir d'une connexion Carplay filaire. Le système fonctionne bien et est plutôt facile d'utilisation. Tous les connecteurs nécessaires sont fournis dans la boîte. Ici, l'avantage d'utiliser une clef de ce type permet de bénéficier de la télécommande, ce qui facilite grandement son utilisation. Testé et approuvé !

Will not connect, will not update, and worse of all HORRIBLE customer service. Actually, "no" customer service. No way to contact other than email which they have ignored and not responded to. I will update my review if anything changes. In the meantime, buyer beware!

Ok, listen up. This little invention seems like magic! My vehicle is a 2019 and has "wired" CarPlay, which I've always thought was just dumb since everyone wants wireless carplay. BUT, I'm so glad I have wired CarPlay now because it works perfectly with this gadget.Setup was a breeze and after opening the box, I had it installed in my car in literally 4 or 5 minutes. The cable is marked with these little tags so you literally can't plug anything into the wrong spot. After connecting the cables and turning on the car, the CarPlay loaded automatically and once I saw the FireTV logo on the screen, I sat back in awe for a moment and then realized everything is connected properly.Once the FireTV stick loaded the initial screen, it looked just like it looks on a normal TV. I knew then I was ready to stream whatever I wanted.Just a great little device. A few caveats though. Obviously you will need a Wifi for the FireTV stick to connect to. I'm using a portable hotspot with a 5g sim card AND my phone can also act as a Wifi hotspot. Both are plenty fast enough to stream whatever I want to watch.The other caveat is to make sure you're using a compatible FireTV stick. My sticks are VERY old, maybe 1st or 2nd generation. The little U connector for powering the stick did not work for my stick. To make it work I had to run a power cable with micro usb to the fire stick. This was no big deal because I already had the USB power stick AND a cigarette plug with 2 USB power outlets. This powered the stick and the device at the same time. If you're using a compatible stick, you probably won't need to worry about this. Also, same goes for my Roku streaming stick, it did work just fine but the little U connector for power doesn't work with the Roku stick either. You'll need a separate power cable for the Roku stick. I do have a Google streaming stick too, but didn't try it. I'm sure it'll work fine.You can see in the photos how I bundled the cables together with wire ties. At one end of the bundle is the device with the Amazon stick installed. At the other end a cigarrette plug and the USB for car play. Luckily, in my car they are right next to each other. Again, if you have a compatible stick you won't need the extra cable like I have and you probably don't need the lighter plug for power either.Lastly, it should go without saying that your touchscreen function does not work with the stick. You need to use your remote control that came with the stick.All in all, I found this little device to be a technology marvel. I'm recommending it to you and all my friends!

Ich wollte im Auto meinen Fire TV Stick nutzen und hab’s mit diesem Adapter probiert. Hat tatsächlich ganz gut funktioniert. Einfach einstecken und nach ein paar Sekunden war das Bild da.Die Einrichtung war wirklich einfach – plug & play trifft hier zu. Wichtig ist halt, dass das Auto CarPlay über Kabel unterstützt, sonst klappt’s nicht. Android Auto geht übrigens nicht, aber das stand ja dabei.Die Bildqualität war völlig in Ordnung, Ton kam auch sauber rüber. Klar, es ist kein Heimkino, aber für Kinder auf langen Fahrten oder mal kurz was gucken ist das echt praktisch.Wer sowas sucht, sollte nur vorher checken, ob das eigene Auto auch kompatibel ist. Sonst wird’s frustrierend. Bei mir hat’s auf Anhieb geklappt.

This is a very cool device. I use Android Auto in my 2018 f-150 but as you know it can't play videos. This uses the CarPlay protocol to basically allow HDMI input to display on your vehicle infotainment display. In my case I'm using it with a Google TV device. I have it plugged into a USB-C power adapter to supply enough juice. You plug the HDMI into this device then plug this into the USB that goes to your display. Works like a champ! Although I can't use Android auto at the same time it's not an issue as I can play music from YT over the Google TV. I can also control it with the GTV remote. I also tested with USB c to HDMI cable on my galaxy s23 ultra and it works well. This way I don't have to have a seperate internet connection for the media stick. FYI, the touch screen does not register while using the GTV/Firestick.Works as advertised, is fast and easy to setup. Very happy with this find.

Ich bin absolut begeistert. Zum einen ist die Inbetriebnahme unkompliziert und selbsterklärend. Selbst wenn man das erste Mal damit zu tun hat, ist es Dank Anleitung sehr einfach. Videos lassen sich hervorragend abspielen ohne Zeitversatz oder Unterbrechungen. Durch die kompakte Größe nimmt es wenig Platz in Anspruch. Für längere Autofahrten mit Kinder auf jeden Fall sehr gut geeignet. Auch Musik lässt sich darüber ohne Probleme abspielen. Der Preis ist angemessen. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

I have read a lot of bad reviews on this type of device. I have even used a lot of these types of devices and I had mixed reviews to myself! The one thing that I can say about this device specifically, is that it works without an issue unlike a lot of of the other ones that are of this nature! This device actually works with an Amazon fire stick as described unlike other companies that make the same product and refuse to work with the Amazon Fire Stick. This device provides great audio and video through HDMI to your factory screen in your car through wired CarPlay. If you plug in your iPhone to your car and your maps and phone log show, then this device will work for you as it works for me!!! I am extremely ecstatic to own a device, such as this. This device gives my family the ability to watch movies on the go, or if we are in the car for an extended period of time.
