These came with everything you need (batteries, screws/hanging hardware) to install. Siren is nice and loud. Just hope the batteries last a while now!

I wanted an dependable and unobtrusive CO/Smoke alarm. I bought 3 of them to use in various places around my home. They are small enough to be mounted in less obvious places. They were very easy to install with the 2 screws and drywall plugs that were included. The digital reading gives you an instant indication if any harmful gas is present. That is a very useful feature. I tested them all successfully after install. The alarm is loud enough to easily hear if you're in the next room, but being a couple rooms away or behind closed doors could be problematic. You should consider that when figuring out how many to buy and where they will be mounted.

Installed 2 of these in August 2023. October 2024, one of the units has malfunctioned and constantly beeps and incorrectly flashes a CO warning. No response from the seller or manufacturer re: the 5 year warranty and not worth the trouble to keep following up on it. You get what you pay for.

Have had a couple in place for several months, light weight allows simple attachment with double-sided tape to avoid drilling holes for screws. Alarms work and are sensitive, alerted on bit of smoke in kitchen even though set up a good distance away in middle of house. But problem is once the alarm starts, and you know why it began, such as from frying something cooking, there is no easy way to shut off unless the batteries are removed. It is then loud and unnecessarily annoying until the sensor shuts it off. Do not install anywhere near a source of such minor triggers as you can get bothersome false warnings. Overall, does decent job.
