The receiver it's self is very nice, everything was in the box, bolted in like it's designed. Good job.I gave it a three star because the wire harness is a dead lump of junk. I checked the van and power is good on the van, trailer works with other vehicles.I have power goinging into the harness, nothing comes out. It's junk and I'm tired of trying to find a link to customer service, I've had it for months so missed the 30 day return although I would not return it just for the harness. I'll just get a harness from a different manufacturer and post the info here.

Arrived very early but missing parts . Was promptly sent replacements . It didn't exactly fit like it was supposed to but we made it with a little cut.
