I was worried that baking on stainless steel sheets would be challenging, and that everything would stick to it. However, it’s quite the opposite! The sleek, smooth finish makes things come off easily. I haven’t had any trouble with food sticking. Plus, it’s nice to know that it is a much healthier option than nonstick sheets.

I am very happy with these pans. I've used them to roast potatoes, bake salmon, broil turkey burgers, bake cheesy enchiladas and make toasted sandwiches. The smooth, shiny surface means I no longer have to use foil or parchment paper...cleanup is a breeze!

I used the trays to cook and found the trays fit side by side in my oven. Very practical for me to use being I need to separated meals by gluten content. These trays stand up to heat and do not bend when I take them out of the oven. I have used them at 375 degrees or below for cooking in the oven. Very shiny and very easy to clean.
