My wife loved this as a 24th wedding anniversary gift! Great product! Great price!Tops around 25mph. Takes some getting used to the pedal assist. Battery doesn’t last long when it just arrives, be sure to charge if going for a long ride. After a charge, we Rode for 5hours and it was still going strong. Easy to operate. When going at top speed, you can take your thumb off the throttle and it continues to go until breaking. With two bars on the assist, it goes slow. When assisting with 3 bars it goes fast. No in between.Buy it! You won’t regret it. Lots of fun and great memories being made with our children and grandchildren. Everyone wants one now!

The bike rides very well, operates as it should, and seems quite nice.It did arrive with minor shipping damage and the merchant promptly sent a replacement part.The fenders are on back order and the merchant is working with me on that as well.I was pleased enough with this that I ordered a second ActBest ebike.

We recieved the bike and all of my family love it . Head light and break lights are very brite.moves great . We got up to 25 mph . It is a sturdy construction. I see us getting another one so we can ride together and not be worn out .lol

Looks very nice for the money.Assembled easily. Looks very sturdy and Stylish. Charging up the battery. Tested operation and all seems fine. Front forks were kind of twisted from shipping but I was able to get that corrected without any damage to the bike. Otherwise no real issues, could’ve supplied a few extra zip ties.Update:Contact Seller and submitted a shipping damage report. They asked if I had any pictures, and I said no because I was in a hurry to try to ride it so I fixed it myself but it seemed like the forks wouldn’t adjust and would not lock.I didn’t wanna send it back so I told him if they just sent me a set of forks I could change it myself no problem. No questions asked, THEY SENT ME OUT OF A SET OF REPLACEMENT FORKS RIGHT AWAY.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AND THIS BIKE.Appears to be made of good quality materials and is fun to ride.

This bike is very well made and sturdy. I am 5’4 and it’s a bit heavy for me to handle. Def not like a regular bike. It’s heavy and a little hard to maneuver but it takes getting used to. We can go up and down hills with ease which is why I bought this. Now I can go in a five mile bike ride and not worry about tiring out on hills. Great bike for the price and beautiful color! This is as nice as my husband’s $3,000 Yamaha bike! We are amazed at the quality since it’s from China and it takes a lot for me to say that.

Hey good morning fellow E bikers, we bought this bike in January of this year and couldn’t be happier with it. It arrived a few days after we ordered it and was fairly easy to assemble. After final assembly and riding for a few days, we found out that the front forks were not unlocking to provide the full range of suspension on the front. We got a hold of act, best customer service. And they asked for a video of the problem, after sending the video within a few days, we received a complete new front fork assembly and was told by Kris at act best that if we needed to take it to a bike shop for removing and replacing of the front fork, that they would pay for it. Turns out it was not all that difficult. I installed it myself, and it worked wonderfully. Also, there was a screw missing for one of the fender mounts, so they actually sent me a container with about 100 nuts, bolts and washers in it which more than took care of the problem. We are really happy with the customer service and support and also really like the bike itself. The bike is very comfortable easy to handle , and does all that we expected to do being our first E bike . The step through design is really nice being that my wife and I are both in our early 60s . I would highly recommend this bike very good price for an excellent product.
