Installation was straightforward, programming the voice is a little finicky. I was expecting that the location of the alarm would be announced at all connected alarms when it alerts, but it only is announced from one location.

Product had been opened, used and returned and did not work. Wire connectors missing and battery had been opened and installed.

Seller sent an obviously pre-opened box with a bunch of loose stuff crammed into it. It works but this is unacceptable for a safety device.

I've been using BRK brand for many years now and they finally got voice prompts. They will tell you the location of the danger.

This BRK smoke/co detector is the same as First Alert model. I put it in. It has Interconnect feature. It works with my other First Alert/BRK detectors in the house.
