This heat gun works great. Heats up right away and has a handy stand to avoid placing nozzle directly on a surface. Compact design is great for storage.

Doesn't trip my circuit breakers, but gets the job done for shrink-wrap. Unsure how it would work for paint removal, but would likely take a long time to use it as such.
