Not a great purchase. I got locked out of my home, thus the reason to get this, figuring it would be next to impossible to get locked out again with so many ways to unlock this knob.Once purchased I was unable to get it to link with an Echo, to be able to use Alexa and voice controls, after multiple attempts. I ended up buying a hub (another $30) to use with it, so I could use wifi, opposed to the built-in Bluetooth (cannot use Alexa with the hub).When using wifi to unlock the knob, it never works the first attempt. It needs to time out the first attempt, then unlocks right away the second attempt.Using a key to unlock the knob is awkward, due to having to turn the knob at the same time as turning the key, only in one direction.The fobs that come along with it are fine, but they feel like they will break over time.Finger prints have been added multiple times, and they keep getting deleted due to “network error”. I have stopped re-adding fingerprints due to they will just get deleted again.There is no way to lock the knob outside of the app. There should be a button or lever to manually lock the knob, without needing my phone to do so. If anything happens to this knob electronically, it cannot be locked.I would return this knob for a different style, but then I would be without a doorknob after I send it in and wait for the replacement. Too expensive to not be happy with it.Update: Doorknob now deletes the key cards that came along with it, with same message reading “due to system error”. I’m now looking into a replacement, willing to pay.

only had it on for a few days but so far i love it! i can open the door with an app, a fingerprint, a code, a key, or a card. also can set up multiple peoples finger prints or codes. they can choose their own code as well.

I am on the fence about this door lock. Installation went smoothly. The item looks well made. Programming was both easy and hard. I can't get 1 phone to connect with Bluetooth with repeated efforts. So far, I have given up on Alexa. Fingerprint, pass code, and fob were easy to set up. Now for the real dislike - the lock cannot easily be locked from the inside. Auto lock is not an option with kids going in and out. I have to find my phone and lock it through the app from the inside of my house. I would definitely prefer a quick lock. I see this as a really bad flaw in the design of this lock- for both convenience and safety.Open to suggestions to make this purchase a better experience.
