This thing is pretty great. I dont like to share my VR so this was a great addition to the boxing studio for musical rhythm engagement. Gives people a sense of purpose when striking. I enjoy it. Works great. Charges so you dont have to leave it plugged in which is cool. Stays in place great on the velcro. It's strooooooong velcro tho, so make sure you set it right for multiple heights and be ready to use some muscle when adjusting it. Came with adjustable bracket. Probably gonna switch to that. Cool machine tho. My clients enjoy it so far

You get the boxing machine, boxing gloves, USB C charging cable, a couple of pieces of hook and loop straps and screws and bars. So you get the option to use the hook and loop pieces or screws to hang it up. I opted to hang it with the hook and loop straps and they are very sturdy. It stays up even when I am throwing tons of punches at it. I did wish somewhere in the instructions it'd give you an idea of what height you should place it at. It's big and bulky but also lightweight and easy to move around.

I ordered this boxing machine for my son because he always wanted to try one of these. This machine is so cool. It works really well. Set up was easy and it hooked up to our Bluetooth with no problem. You can adjust the speed, but I would recommend starting out at the lowest setting because it gives quite a workout. It is so much fun, and a great way to get fit. What started off as a fun way for my son to blow off steam has now become one of my favorite workouts. We are fighting over who gets to use it. It is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

This boxing machine is so cool! I'll start by saying that controlling volume isn't intuitive. It started out loud enough to make us jump and I had trouble figuring out how to turn it down. It's not the button that looks like it'd control volume (looks like a speaker). That button turns the smashing sound on and off. The volume down button says Speed and the up button says Mode. Long press those for volume. I connected my phone via bluetooth -- The sound is plenty good! It feels super solidly constructed. One pair of gloves was included, but additional, inexpensive gloves or sparring gloves can be found on Amazon. This is going to be a lot of fun as well as surely a good workout!

I recently tried out this home workout machine, and while it has potential, there were a couple of hiccups right out of the box. For one, it somehow got turned on during delivery, and the music was blaring when I opened the package, which was a bit creepy. I also had trouble with the buttons—took me a few attempts to get it to turn off after unboxing. Once I got past those initial issues, the boxing feature was helpful for getting in a quick workout. For example, the LED lights really helped me keep pace during the exercise. Overall, it’s decent, but the unboxing experience left me a little frustrated.

So this thing scared me. I was walking by the unopened box that was sitting in the foyer and it started to play techno music. Minus jumping, I immediately thought “wow.. what great sound quality”. Anyway, this is a good quality boxing machine. I only played around with it as this is going to replace a cheaper model that I have hanging in the basement. Let me tell you, paying more would be worth it. From the feel to sound. I plan to use this over the weekend and will update the review.
