This music boxing machine is an absolute blast! It's such a fun and engaging way to get a workout. The combination of hitting the targets to the beat of the music is incredibly motivating, and the included gloves are a nice bonus. I think this has potential but was executed in a flawed manner. The concept is great, a stress relieving way to take out frustrations and get a workout. The controls are simple but the instructions are lacking and misleading. On initial start up it runs a full volume that despite what the instructions say I could not get to lessen until I paired it with my phone. Then I could control the volume of the music but not the sound the triggers? register as a connected punch an Annoying Smack or crack. The instructions say there are 9 modes but isn't clear what each one is or what it is supposed to address. The speaker has pretty decent sound but lack of controls that work is a big No for me. The Mounting system (if you can call it that) consists of a piece of cardboard with adhesive on both sides that you are supposed to stick to the device and then to the wall or Velcro Tape Sorry for the cost this should be marketed to Kids I doubt it will last more that two or three weeks before I have to create some mounting setup from Plywood,

I was very excited for this for both me and my kids but wasn't very impressed. First off, the instructions were very lacking. As another review stated, the volume starts at max everytime. The instructions say to press and hold the right button to turn it down but it's actually the left one. It also says that there are 9 modes but doesn't state anywhere what the modes are/do. Upon opening the box, the front plate/screen was slightly popped out and I had to press it back in before even trying it out. I also thought that the lights would go along with the music, but they don't. They just light randomly when hit and you have to control the speed of the lights yourself. Also,the only way to attach this is with a giant piece of cardboard with a front and back adhesive. I don't really even want to stick it on my wall because I'm afraid I won't get it off without ripping a huge chunk out of my wall. Wish there was another option for mounting. Overall, it does work but it's not what I was expecting and I'm a little disappointed.

Love boxing it's a great alternative to jogging or running when you have a lower body injury;! Boxing will get your heart rate up and get your body ready for resistance training! This will be a permanent staple in the daily work out routine!!
