After many years of service, the wife’s favorite 3 quart pan finally gave it up. I was tasked with finding a replacement. After a seemingly endless search I was close to buckling under the pressure until the clouds of the internet parted and a beam of electrons coalesced on my screen to display this Rachel Ray pan. Victory snatched from the jaws of defeat! After a couple of weeks of almost daily use, I am told it is perfect. Not too big and not too small. Not too heavy and not too light. It should be called Goldilocks. The handle is solidly riveted to the pan and has a silicone grip. The same is true for the handle on the lid. The non-stick coating is evenly applied. In our household, the pan is used on a conventional electric radiant glass top stove. The wife says it has good, even heat transfer.Too soon to opine on durability or longevity; however, based on the limited first impressions so far I would expect it to last years with the proper care and washing.

I love Rachael Ray Hard Anodized products . I don't have any problems. If you take care of them ( Hand Wash) they last for a long time. Also I don't have a dishwasher so I don't know how they are with that.

This is my third exact same RR 3 quart pot, and this one was defective. It had a significantly raised bottom, not the same as the previous two, or any normal pot, that would force liquids to fall to the perimeter, so I'm exchanging it. I tried contacting RR support directly but they took forever to respond. In general this is a great lightweight 3 qt pot, stay cool handle, with a vented lid that's nonstick, at least for a while. Also, be aware the sides are pretty thin, which is not a problem unless you drop it, it will dent, and you can't use the lid anymore. As in all nonstick it wears out with use, which is I why I don't like to spend much on them. I still recommend them, but if it’s defective, by all means, return it ASAP.

It’s a nice pan and it kind of matches the Rachel Ray set with the teal handles but no where on the pan or package does it say Rachel Ray. Plus it said 4-6 weeks for shipping and it took WAY longer then that. The arrive by date kept changing so I was not able to cancel the return. It finally showed up several months later.

Convenient size. I wanted it to be heavy, it’s not.

This is an ideal size for a family of two to cook a one pot meal. The lid fits nicely.

Pan size is great for everyday use. Holds more than you think. I've made soup in it for a family of 4. I'm considering buying a 2nd one cuz I like it that much. Works well as a mini wok too.
