My similar shed door latch broke. Quality of this latch is far better than the one it replaced. This is a durable latch. I like the locking pin feature most on this style of latch.

We bought these to replace the poor functioning ones on the trailer Murphy bed. They are easier to use and look nice.

These worked fine. They are well made and sturdy and so far raccoon proof. The only reason that I dropped it one star was they do not come with a metal hasp that the bolt goes into. I didn't need it in my design as pictured but would have preferred it was included.
