Just what we needed. Comes within 10 to 12 inches from the bottom. It folds up when in the pool and out. Very sturdy. It is a little narrow. One of our best purchases for our pool.

You will not go wrong with this. Easy to install and use. We installed it on our boat deck to get to the kayaks. Very sturdy and the telescopic stairs are a great idea to keep it out of the water.

Ladder arrived quickly, well packaged and all parts included. I’m using this for a client’s swim dock. I’ve previously used the “flip up” style ladders, but now greatly prefer this style with the telescoping rungs. When up out of the water it looks better on the dock, is out of the way if parking a boat, and no one will use it as a hand-hold.This particular brand also is a great value - the stainless steel looks great, the welds are perfect and the size of rungs and width are just right
