2 minute install on my 2014 Tundra, but quality is trash.... tailgate doesn't go down smoothly or slowly and definitely no assistance going up! wasted my 4 minutes!

Worked great on my 08 tundra. Fairly simple install, just takeoff the tailgate and remove the two bolts for the back left light. Pop off the old and put on the new and put everything back.

It's definitely not as good as the original Toyota shock. If you open it and let it drop is will bounce with no shock. If you help it down it kinda helps. I would not buy again.
