I finally caught one of these on sale...im sure glad I did.I'm about a month in with this new bar and I'm getting gains. That extra range of motion is amazing.Go lighter than what you normally would push. Start slow and get used to gripping the bar and holding it properly then work your way up.I'm an intermediate lifter, 6'2 250, 53 yo.

I love how easy this bar makes it to get a great stretch under load. Seeing some nice gains since switching from a normal barbell to this one. The quality of the bar itself is great and it looks just as good as it works.

The bar is almost identical to my power bar but a 4 point saddle is a better description than a camber. It works very well for bench and incline. I have tried it overhead and don't think it helps. The surprise was, if used for a high bar squat it places the load exactly where it would be in a front squat without having to hold it on your throat. I am very happy with the purchase.

No better stretch under load out there for pressing. Amazing way to get huge pecs, especially in light of recent research. Also, this bar can let you turn an adjustable bench into a chest supported row, and it can save your shoulders, elbows and wrists on high bar squats if you have pain with a straight bar like me. Worth every penny, a GLORIOUS addition to any gym or home gym.

Definitely a must have for barbell rows. Im getting a full range of motion, this bar is not ment for pressing exercises in my opinion its only for barbell rowing.With this barbell you will never use the straight barbell for rows again and after awhile if you decide to use the straight bar you will most likely barbell punch the wind out of you.

I was surprised at the quality of this piece. Spins nicely. Love the knurling. Chrome finish is well done. Packaging was plenty good. Looking forward to using this range of motion as a change of pace. Initial testing shows the ROM is fine for me and I am 67 years old! I am using it with a 30 degree incline. After years of Powerlifting sets and reps plan to use this with reps of mostly 8 to 15. Titan is improving.
