YOLINK is proving to be a very versatile environment. I have purchased several temperature gauges, leak detectors, contact sensors, a hub, and each of these products has exhibited fantastic results. They are easy to set up and to date have been very reliable. No regrets.

I am an avid user of Yolink products and have 80+ Yolink devices of varying types active.I am migrating from Switchbot Hygrometers to Yolink mainly due to the inability of SB devices to reliably connect to their Bluetooth hubs for tasks like setting alert thresholds and updating firmware remotely.Initially I have moved to Yolink YS8003 hygrometers due to their low cost, but ended up scratching the migration due to YS8003's very poor LCD display. Yolink is really a reliable ecosystem in my experience. So I've gave it another try with this Yolink Hygrometer with 2 year history (UPC 810121542132).(Note I am comparing this unit with another Yolink's low cost unit YS8003 below, which I do not recommend)This unit, although pricier, is a far better than YS8003. For one, the LCD is far superior and more readable in varying angles and lightings. Secondly, a feature difference that may not be apparent from product description is that the lower cost units like YS8003 record temperature/humidity changes only when a larger difference is detected within a short time. For example, a record is entered when more than 0.5C change within 1 minute. Otherwise, the YS8003 records hourly. In other words, if the temperature of the monitored location changes slowly throughout the day, you only get an hourly update with the lower cost YS8003 Hygrometer. However, with this unit, you have the ability set a recording interval regardless of temperature changes. It will simply record the temp/humidity at fixed intervals. This may or may not be a big deal depending on your needs, but I find it very useful to have granular data. Finally, there is also a Yolink X3 hygrometer at the top end. I have not yet figured out what makes it the top end Hygrometer in Yolink's setup. The X3 indoor unit has identical look to this unit, but is usually $10 higher at $40 as of this writing. From the description, this unit can do 15 minute record intervals while the X3 can do 10 minute intervals. However, the Yolink app allows me to set the record interval for this unit at 10 minutes as well. Other product descriptions seemed similar if not identical (e.g., 64K record capacity). So for Yolink hygrometers, I would recommend against the low end device (YS8003). The mid range (this unit) works great with a more legible LCD screen compared to YS8003, but seemed otherwise on par in features with the high end X3 unit.I would highly recommend this unit (Yolink Hygrometer with 2 years data storage. Sorry, couldn't find a model number on product page).
