I've had this splitter attached to my outdoor faucet for about a week now. Seems solid and heavy duty with no leaks so far. The separate handles for each hose are just the right size - not too big to get in the say and not too small to be truly functional. Once I used the plumber's tape on each end, I haven't had any leaks. The one leak you do see under the faucet is a leak in the original outdoor faucet that I had even before ordering this splitter. I will have to fix that separately, but I wanted to explain what that small drip is. Of course, I can't speak to longevity after only 1 week of use, but so far, so good. If it starts leaking in the near future, I will update this review.

Notice: This product was received at no charge as part of the Amazon Vine program but this is an unbiased review.The garden hose splitter is made of solid brass and it has good fittings. It fits a standard outdoor faucet and there were no leaks after you tighten it up. The splitter has two ball valves to close each side off when needed. This gives you good control of which hose you choose to use. Both ball valves close the outlet tightly and there were no leaks on either side.Included with the splitter is Teflon tape and two red valve handle replacements, and some extra rubber gaskets.The hose connections were also good and tight as well. There were no leaks from anywhere. It’s really nice to have a way to share a faucet outlet and be able to water in two different areas at once.All in all, a well-made product and that gives you a way to use an extra hose from a single faucet.

This is so easy to use. We had little tiny paddles when we bought the house, adding these makes watering the plants easy.
