Throttle mounted and wired up with no issues, heavier gauge copper wire, bright LEDs, can handle up to 72V with a little heat.

Este acelerador funciona muy bien !.Me faltó conectar el cable verde se supone es para el botón indicador de batería que no hay diagrama ni dibujo ni fotos dónde conectarlo en mi controladora YK31C de 24v 350w y tampoco he conectado el marron y amarillo que corresponden al bloqueo de la controladora no puedas usar el acelerador ni pase corriente al motor para eso ya tengo un interruptor que hace ese puente !.Pues eso funciona bien y cómodo de usar , casi mejor que un acelerador de manguito pues el que tenía es tan sensible que no podía coger el manillar con la corriente puesta pues al apoyar la mano para agarrar el manillar aceleras sin querer y con este acelerador de pulgar evitas muchos sustos sueltas el dedo del gatillo si no necesitas acelerar y agarras bien el manillar con la mano...😉😇

I have it paired with an LCD 820 controller (older EBikeling). Do not even bother to look at the battery level, it's probably wrong. The throttle modulation is good with this, but I wonder if it's from the controller or the actual throttle. Will test that later.

It is a 6 wire throttle with 2 wires jumped to one making it a 5 wire. But mine was wired wrong. They had the brown and green jumped together that left the battery indicator on even with switch off. So as you can see in the picture I connected the green and yellow together and indicator goes off with switch. Hooking it directly color to color to controller wires it did not work. The indicator shows red in pic because it is hooked to a 36v battery for demo and it is a 48v. If the indicator is not accurate most likely it is not calibrated for lithium battery. I am adding a mini volt meter with ammeter to the bike. Search for it here at Amazon. They are cheap and programmable to your battery if you choose the indicator meter as opposed to numeric.

I’ve been building ebikes for 15+ years and have installed several hall devices (throttles) in all voltages ranging from 24v to 72v. I have never had a single install fail till now. I have to question if the unit I received was new or returned because it had connectors already installed on the wires. But the photos on the site show the wires without any type of connectors. Of course the manufacture could have change their offering after the photos were taken. The real problem was the fact that who ever installed these connectors (manufacture of 3rd party) they did so incorrectly. This throttle controller has 6 wires and most ebike controllers will have some variation of 3 to 6 wires for the throttle depending on how it is expected to function. In any case you should never connect multiple wire together. But that was how this can from Amazon. So I am speculating that someone improperly wired it and damaged it. It was returned and subsequently sent to me already damaged. I returned it for a refund.

I had purchased the unit with a twist throttle and decided to put it on a another bike but needed the thumb. Emailed seller and they sent me this link. It worked perfect. Did have to change some connector ends but works like a charm.

it seemed to be ok at first .second day light went [out iam running 48 v or more havent found any after Market one to last longer then a couple week

Used to replace a twist grip throttle on my electric bike motor kit, as my gear shifters are twist type and could not work with the original throttle grip.I had to swap the physical connectors bodies over to work with a different motor controller, but the internal wire ends are easily removed using a pin to push the small locking tab down on the wire end pins, then gently pull them out. The wire colour codes matched my original, so it was a straight forward swap. Everything works as expected.Happy customer!
