Nice sound on the music from the SD Card and USB MP3 card. The radio reception is average. A lot better with my old Radio Shack AM/FM radio that stopped working.

One concern I have is its plastic case. Scratches easily so be careful with it. Reception is usually good as long as you aim the antenna correctly.

jazmm portable radio, Well featured portable radio. Actual size of the radio not including the volume knob or the handle is: 9.25" wide X 5.75" high X 2.5" deep. The radio has two 18650 batteries strapped together that weigh 124 grams that are located deep inside the radio. The tiny 2" speaker is in a big empty cavity that could fit a 4" speaker that would sound a lot better. The earphone jack is 3.5mm and my very high quality headphones plugged in sounds tinny not really enjoyable to listen to music. Hard to program the preset stations. The USB jack cannot be used for charging a cellphone. The 2" speaker sounds just okay, but no bass sound. The low high tone switch does not work with this tiny speaker, only with a tested 4" speaker. Since I am keeping the radio, I modifyed the radio to fit a 4" speaker that sounds great now.

This radio is great! I live in the country and far from any power source. This radio gets great reception. The S.F Giants flagship station, KNBR comes in clearly. I love how it charges up on a USB as well

I mean, it is a radio - I think it is just a bit... redundant for ME now. but it is quality definitely - if you need it. and some may so, on that end, yeah! I am keeping it, but I won't or don't plan on using it soon.
