What I like about this sprinkler timer:- the price is reasonable for a 2 zone timer- you can set it up to automatically water with one outlet, and use the other one like a regular hose set up- you can set it up to automatically water 2 different zones on 2 different schedules- it come with everything you need, including batteries- if it rains, you can delay watering for up to 48 hoursWhat I don't like:- there is no app, so all programming has to be done on the unit itself (and there's currently a 2 zone sprinkler timer on sale for less $$)- the programming is very convoluted- There's a piece included that I don't know what it's used for (see arrow in picture). I can't find it in the instruction booklet or the product information.

This was very intuitive to use and program. I didn't take the instructions out until after I had it connected, setup, and programmed. Everything I did had been correct. I was pretty happy to find it so easy and user-friendly.Seller includes the necessary 2AAA batteries to get it going which I really appreciate! Built-in screen to help keep the irrigation system line clear, great pressure even with both sides going at the same time (I have them set to alternate now but I tested it with both).I have tried 3 different timers and this is my favorite hands down. Way too easy to use and highly recommend it!

What I like the best about this is that it's easy to see! The writing on the unit is large enough. The font on the instructions is also large enough, and I found the instructions easy to follow. This one is great if you're like me and getting old eyes. I like that I do not have to use an app with this! I think this is very easy to see and to use.

Ideal for my garden. I have two separate zones. I switched from a hose splitter and two one zone timers to this. Works perfectly and is a much cleaner setup.

I was recently introduced to the world of automatic watering. I was so impressed with the perfection of execution. But then I thought, "what if I want to water TWO areas on schedule?" So I ordered this dual zone/dual hose version. I am old-school, (OK I'm suffering from age-related semi-blindness) so I was pleased that the programming isn't done through another app on my phone. I hate apps on my phone. This additional spout is so convenient whether I'm setting up a dual zone or putting a dog waterer on the extra spout. At $34, it is a bargain.

Needed a two-zone timer for watering the deck box gardens on the porch. I appreciate that they’re labeled zones left and right instead of A and B or something similar. Simple to program: turn the dial and set what you want to set. You can even set it for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night by using the 12-hour interval. With smaller containers, that becomes more important with the heat of summer. I like that the brain is self-contained and I don't need to worry about downloading an app to my phone. This does mean I'll have to physically keep an eye on it. Figuring out the programming settings took a little effort--I'd advise doing so BEFORE you attach it to a spigot--but the instructions were written well and I was able to figure it out. No leaking when properly attached! I've got one line running to my soaker hoses in the raised beds and the other one hooked up to an automatic pet waterer in the aviary. It has an easy off setting and a rain delay option. Downsides: it does rely on batteries; it would be cool if it were solar powered instead. Functioning well so far, and will be saving me daily watering!
