We bought two bikes last spring and love them so much we bought a third. The bikes are easy to use, comfortable and so much fun. There’s lots of options for accessories. We have not had any issues with the battery life.

Love my bike. It’s fast enough to not be a hindeance on the road in electric mode. The fat tires are great on any Terain vs the regular wheels.

Id bought mine after 2 months I needed a warranty issue fixed they were gonna cover till they said nah we're not gonna cover it so now I got an 80lb paper weight sitting here wasted this $ for nothing

Over 150 miles on it. Flawlessly works. I'm over 250lbs, bike is more than expected. Perfect delivery, was even earlier than expected. Does 25+ mph with me, a big man. Gears are Perfect for this E-bike. Not my 1st e-bike. This one at this price is unbelievable. That's what I was thinking when ordering. After 3 weeks of riding bk and forth to work I am totally sold. Thinking about a 2nd now. Nothing missing in package, no damage. Have not seemed to "run" batteries down to zero, in fact more than expectewed. I am very picky about these investments, this one is differently worth it. 👌 back brake light is very bright, as well as the front light. Sturdy, strong bike. Brakes work great. It is a big bike, bigger than you think when ordering! I'm 6'2" so it is ok with me! My last bike was a go-trax, over $1200.oo. this one is so much more! Also the pedal assist is just perfect when just cruising. The power when running straight motor is freaking awesome... especially at my large man size. Like I said I'm debating on getting a second one, so if your thinking about a E-bike, this is the one for big people! Or small! I would love to weigh a 100lbs on this and feel the power! 5 stars. Just wish America could start making these. Hate that it's from CHINA... JS...

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and I’m digging’ it. I’m 60 and hadn’t ridden a bike since my 20s. It’s easy to get used to, sturdy feeling; really feels like quality. I’ve been on and off road with it. I’d ride it every day if the weather was better; can’t wait til Spring. Love it.June 2024 edit: I’ve got almost 300 miles on it. So far, so good. I can feel a click while peddling hard, I expect the crank bearings may be going. But to be fair, I’ve beat on this thing pretty good; even miles on intermediate mountain bike trails. My only regret is now they have a more powerful similar bike for the same money.Jan 2025 edit: Over 1000 miles, going to need new tires and brake pads soon. Fixed the clicking on peddle crank with a semi easy adjustment; a few other maintenance things. All to be expected for the use and abuse I’ve put it through. This thing is tough. Our camping friends spent $1000s on each of their e-bikes and they don’t look like they would survive the kind of riding I like to do. I recommend this bike without hesitation.Apr 2025 edit: Controller failed at 1250 miles, 15 months. Out of warranty, replacement on its way, $100, hope I can fix it so I can sell it. I’m taking delivery of a Puckipuppy Boxer ST this week, a full suspension bike. We still have my wife’s Suburban 750, I hope it lives longer than mine did. Still, I probably got my money’s worth. Minus one star.

I bought this bike on June 6th, I use it to take my 3 year old son to school, appointments and to get to work and home. I am so grateful that my son was not on the bike when this happened. I was riding my bike and the the whole battery holder and battery came off and and hit the pedal, followed by it cracking off and the battery rolled under my front wheel. My sons child seat cracked and the bike was scuffed up all around. I am so grateful that I am okay but something like this is not okay to happen, I was in the bike lane it was a smooth road next to cars going 50 mph if I slipped the other way I would have been ran over by traffic.

Thank you Amazon and mukkpetbike.com for making such a superior ebike available at such a reasonable price. Ive been searching for a bike like this for at least six months and most of the bikes in its class go for twice as much. This is a big powerful bike. The assembly took me less than 30 minutes and I'm not that mechanically inclined. I can't imagine anyone struggling wiith this assembly. The ride is where this bike excells, with 5 levels of pedal assist and flat out full throttle mode you can finely tune just how much effort you want to put into your bike ride. This is a heavy bike (72 LBS) so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has to navigate stairs with it. The owners manual leaves much to be desired it's confusing with bad pictures and broken English. I was at first disheartened to learn that the support phone number goes to VM. And the "support website" is a one page site telling you to contact them by email. But there was a small mechanical issue with the lock on my battery so I emailed them and they were very fast with a response and resolution to my issue. Having used the bike often, for a month now, I can tell you that this is a solid bike and that if you have any issues with your bike support will be there to help you. BTW I wouldn't recommend this bike for people smaller than say 5'6". I'm 5'10 " and it fits me fine (although at first i was surprised by the size and weight of it.)and I would assume anyone up to 6' 4". I love this bike!!
