I use the resistance bar to strengthen my wrist for my gardening season. It’s a nice workout and I personally feel it is helping. The bar is a good weight and nice texture. I feel the product is a good value for the money. Nice size

I was very pleased it came in the time frame it said that would arrive in. I’m doing Therapy and need it to do home exercises. I’ve only started using it so can’t really say how it will work out. However it does work just like the ones at therapy.

As someone well into their senior years but who has been into hard physical exercises for more than 7 decades, I am always seeking out new and helpful exercise equipment. This is why while browsing on Amazon when I came across this product (PAHTTO Flexible resistance bar for physical therapy, resistance exercise, twisting bar for tennis elbow, tendinitis pain relief and grip strength improvement device) I decided to purchase it.Even though I have used just about every kind of exercise tools to improve my strength and power, I found this 12.2 latex resistance bar a practical and easy to use exercise product. It comes in three strengths, 10 pounds, 15 pounds and the kind I bought 25 pounds. A short sheet came with it showing a few of the exercises you can do with this workout tool; however, I found you can perform numerous kinds of exercises with it to work your upper body and even your inner thighs. Even though this is a short-range exercise tool; however, I actually like the short-range exercise movements. If you are seeking a reasonably priced easy to use exercise tool you may want to check out this flexible resistance bar.Rating: 4 Stars. I ordered the red (10 pounds). When I received it, the product information and exercise instructions were STUCK to the resistance bar. Pulling off the paper shredded it into pieces. I am giving it 3 stars for that reason. Other than that, it will do the job for my tennis elbows.

I got this flexible resistance bar because it mentioned it might help tennis elbow. I took it to my physical therapist who has been giving me various exercises to strengthen my left arm. She said this would be helpful. She said she doesn't tell patients to get one because she doesn't want them to feel like they need to spend money, but if I already have one at home, she would give me some exercises to add into my routine using this bar. What I like:* It's comfortable to hold* It's not too heavy* It bends and twists without too much effort (I have decent grip strength for a 50-something female (80 right/60 left), but need to work on increasing strength in my left arm).* It's portable, making it easy to carry with me when I travel.* It's versatile -- I keep finding new ways to use it.* Comes with instructions for one exercise for tennis and golfer's elbow (also available on this product page). My only concern is that I noticed a few curvy lines developing in one end of the stick that I didn't notice when I first got it (it might be that I missed them). I hope that does not mean it will start to fall apart with increased use over time. I will update this review if it does.
