The quality is very good, and it fits my mattress really well. I don't like it when my mattress pad moves under my sheets. This was a great buy for the price. The controls are so easy to use.

Very comfortable. Even heat. The heat settings have excellent range. From warm, to really warm.Takes about 1/2 hour to stabilize. The timer works perfectly too. The amazing thing is the controls have memory. Set it once. Then the next night just push the on button. It will remember temperature and time.

So far I have no complaints except one. The controller. Once you set at the light goes off you really can't tell if it's on or off unless you're in the bed. There should be a light on each time you're using it but it goes off in about 2 seconds after you turn it on and the display looks kind of gray and you can't figure out whether it's on or off so I have to turn it on and off just to make sure that it's on. I've never had one of these where the controller doesn't have a permanent light on when it is in use. I have no complaints about the actual product it warms up the bed really quickly super happy with that but the controller especially if you're older and can't see that well is not a good thing they need to put a permanent light on when it's on.

I’ve only had this a couple of weeks so I don’t know about longevity, but it heats up fairly fast and is comfortable. I have a regular mattress cover, lightly quilted over it. It hasn’t moved around on the bed, the controller cords plug in the top on both sides, so you need outlets on both sides. I found both the controller cords and the cords that plug into the wall, sufficiently long. My old heated pad was kept on the highest temperature setting, however this one is pleasantly warm for me on the number three setting. I would recommend this product.
